Hi, mind if I ask your opinion of San Mateo near Catalpa St. and Ellsworth (NW of B St. and Tilton)? I visited the area and downtown this past weekend, but it seems like the areas change very quickly as you walk from the downtown area. This particular area seemed about 1 block away from a dubious-looking block, but I also noticed kids were freely playing in their yards and it looked like a nice street. Thinking of moving here from the South Bay.

Hi there...I think I might be described as a Sonoma County Hillbilly....I've just moved back after living a few years in that strange place up north called Washington state...lol.
