    Hi Burke;

    Nice to hear from you!
    We bought a house in Eagle Highlands North, just west of Stetson Valley, off 67th avenue and Jomax.
    We love it, small, gated community, mountains everywhere around us, tons of shopping less than 5 minutes from our front door, and we are right next to a multi million dollar development, Lake pleasant is only 15 minutes away,so our house values are rising, and should stay really nice! This entire north phoenix/north east peoria corridor is seeing explosive growth, and we really like it!
    I'm retired, my wife should be, but has a work from home consulting gig from our days in Chicagoland, so she is raking it in while she still can!
    Are you looking to buy or rent? Not many rentals in our subdivision, and not sure how many there are around here, since its mostly single family houses.
    Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Hey Burk, I have been to both places for about a week in both. I personally thought that Sioux Falls was great, nice people everywhere I went. I did not see enough tho. Reno I loved the mountains and the better weather especially in the Winter. I just feel that Reno would have more for me,except for jobs,I have Corrections background so I might go for the same type again( easier to get into SD as Opposed to NV Corrections. But the Cold and no Mountains except for the Hills in the west make it less desirable. Less pay also. I know that SD is much safer in terms of crime than Reno,but I like the better overall weather Reno has and the Casino's does not hurt. The SD Casinos in SF's have sit down poker? I know I rambled a bit,hopefully you understand all the gibberish to give me an Opinion on SD,NV. Thanx in advance. Jim. peace
