hi diddy! i cannot wait till i move to cali! i am working 2 states away right now, sounds farther away than it really is, takes about 1 hour to drive each way. the distance is approx. 100 miles total to work and home. like i stated earlier it is an excellent job working for the gov..
just looked at a townhouse share about 3 miles from my job to make my life easier. the cost is really low, the same as what it is costing me in gas so i applied for it and hopefully i will get it. i am able to afford my own place but like i said, i do not such a commitment because i am moving to cali... just not sure of the date. i have a feeling that when this winter rolls around i might be ready to pack it in and leave maryland immediately. hahahaha.
i also am planning on living in the san fernando valley area since the rents seem to be lower.
keep in touch and i will do the same.

hi diddy. i was planning on moving to cali this fall but i got my dream job in maryland. it is with the government with secret clearance and pays well and it's an awesome job. rght now i have been driving the hour each way to work. but i think i have found a place to share which is about 4 miles from my job. but i am still moving to cali.. just not exactly sure when i will be moving. i am working this job and going to save some more money just in case.
do you love cali? i am excited for you and i cannot wait to move myself but like i said earlier, i wasn't sure if i had enough money to make the move.

As far as I know, that area (called Josenhans Corner) is relatively safe. Several years back the county tore down the 2 apartment complexes on that corner that seemed to be the source of a lot of crime and other problems, and on one site a park was created, and across the street a new housing development is being built. I have no reservations using the park, but that's always during the daytime. I would suspect that you would want to take precautions walking around there at night, but no more or less so than any other area of the county.
