Dear cfIfan, I have read a few of your comments on the forum and decided to contact you. My husband and I are non-resident Canadians (living and working in HK), long story... anyway, we are looking to buy a townhouse in Orlando for an investment. I am wondering if you could give us suggestions on properties that would has seen a drop in prices, but still in good neighbourhood. Our requirement are the following:

1) Budget 300-380K
2) Townhouse (we would like the maintenance handled for us since we are abroad)
3) Good neighbourhood
4) See the other price comparable for other similar units or properties.
5) We would a new development

any suggestions or comments would be much-appreciated!

Hi Nick ,
Sounds like a good plan , however i need to locate a business before i can find a home , wouldn't want to commute half the length of Florida . I'm looking for a pool route if you here of anything , couldn't bear to work in the catering trade ! I would like to start my own pool route , Kissimee area would be ideal for it although i expect its over run with pool guys , but apparantly its alot harder to get the visa if you dont buy an existing business.
