Hello i have read ur posts and your are very helpful. I wanted to ask about my claim. It has been nearly a month since I filed my claim in Nevada. It has been 9 days since phone interview. I was gold to possibly expect follow up call but that never happened. In a response email from ui they said issue will be resolved today and I could look online for the result. Also after receiving email yesterday a few hrs after I received phone call from ui to be sure that I maintain work search records and to always be prepared to show them in future. I'm just wondering what issue could be and if the work search phone call is something all claimants get or does that show I'm approved? I was fired for a coworker agreed to work for me and decided he could not last minute. I was very I'll and medicated so all I could do was call in after the fact. They never said i was fired for no call no show and I have no written write ups .What do you think my chances are?

Hey Chyvan it'me again. I'm sorry to keep bothering you I know I'm probably getting annoying but hopefully this will be the last inquiry about this topic. I just got a letter today stating "I'm eligible for benefits." I responded to your quote talking all about it. Would you mind reading it and letting me know what you think? I'm almost positive this means I don't have to appeal? Maybe just call the reemployment center to confirm or do you think it's unnecessary? Also do you know when I should start to receive and if all I do is continue to claim benefits every week like I have been or do I have to file another claim for this other electric company to figure out a different weekly benefit rate? I know I'm all over the place I apologize. I have a ton of crap on my mind and dealing with right now. Thanks for everything. TTYS.

    Hello,
My phone interview is tomorrw. Should i have what i want to say down on paper? Or will they just ask questions? Also, do i need any evidence like emails, or is that just in the hearing?

    Thanks

I have a question about my unemployment benefits. You sent me some good advice on the unemployment forums but I have some more information for you. I was the one asking about school and conflicting issues with uc benefits and school. Well I came to find out that I wasn't even enrolled in school from the time I applied for benefits until February 2nd. I have a letter from my school saying that I was not enrolled in school in that time frame should I use it in my appeal hearing tomorrow?

Hi I reviewed your history and am wondering if you can assist me. I was hired to work at a company at a specific location. After a change in management and conflict of personalities, new management decided that they did not want to deal with me so they sent me to another location, an hour out of my way. They were also fully aware that I am a full time student on a restricted schedule, so they changed my hours in a manipulative attempt to conflict with school, hoping I would drop out or get dismissed. I stressed so much that I was diagnosed with Mild Depression, Anxiety and required to stay home for 14 days in order to administer the proper dosage of medication. If I am aware that the cause of my illness is due to job related stresses, can I quit or become released of my duties due to absenteeism and receive UI benefits ?

I have a couple of questions if you can help me. I got a letter that states in the beginning paragraph. " Benefits cannot be paid at this time because of your voluntary quit. Answer the questions below in detail and return this form within five working days from the date of this notice. Failure to answer each question may result in a determination being issued with the available information. Failure to return this form within five working days may result in a delay or denial of benefits." If I ignore the request what type of "determination" can they give me since I don't want the benefits anyway.

I also got a 2nd letter stating they made a overpayment of $114.00 so I plan to pay that as soon as possible and not contest it. The last letter I got stated " Additional information is needed to process your Arizona Unemployment Insurance Claim. Please contact the agent at the number on the date and time shown below. Failure to respond may cause a delay of your Unemployment benefits." I'm going to call the agent but I don't want to get in trouble for saying the wrong thing to this person about my overpayment and my voluntary quit. I figure as long as I pay the overpayment as soon as I can I'm good to go and they will just disqualify my remaining unemployment benefits for the voluntary quit. I did do a false report for that one week I got that overpayment but that 2nd letter said I can just pay it back with the envelope they sent or contest it which I wont do because there right. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
