Hi Coldjensens: Maybe you could help? I have a 34 yo son and daughter in law with girls 5, 8 and 15. They live in Lake Mathews, and he has to drive to San Clemente to work daily which is hideous. They stopped bussing to schools for the girls from Lake Mathews to Perris so they have no way to get to school except their mother. Thus she can't find work that fits the school scheduled pickups of 12pm, 2pm and 3pm. They want to move to San Clemente; however, their rent requirements for 3bd/2bth is right at and no more than $900 a month. Do you know any places in San Clemente that may be in the lower end rental? with walking distance or bus to schools? Thanks for any information? P. S. Because she lost her job 2 years ago their credit is now in the dumps so they have a hard time renting even though he has a fantastic job for past 2 years now.

I work mostly in construction. Thus I work with a lot of engineers. So much so that engineers sometimes think I am an engineer and start talking to me in engineerspeak. I am barely conversational in that language. It is like when you say Hola to a Hispanic person and they replay with a 20 word lightening fast response that lease you looking like a star of a Twilight movie (i.e. your moth haninging open with a stupid look on your face).

Hey Coldjensens. For some reason I thought you were an engineer. Now I see you are an attorney.

Thank you all for the congratulations.

It wa a suprise and an honor. Very exciting. I do not usually win much of anything for myself (I usually win lawsuits for my clients, but that is different, that is what I am paid to do and winning is expected.) I did not think they would choose me because my typing is atrocious and I rarely take time to proof and correct errors.

Anyway, thank you. I appreciate all the comments.
