    Hi, Dave!
I was Googling local statistics (I live in Grand Junction on the Western Slope of Colorado), and one of your threads popped up. In fact, this is the second time this year you have popped up so I decided to read your threads and join in.
    Cheers!

Hi David, Can you please remove my post placed by lterease this afternoon regarding "One of the Luxurys of living in Southern CA? I am no longer interested in this post or answers. I seldom post a new thread and really don't appreciate the one person who responded smart alec answer. This has just confirmed why I seldom post to CD. The people can be very rude on this site. So, instead, please remove my post. I will probably use this site only for retirement info and not information on southern CA. No need to, I've lived here for nearly two years, and feel I know enough. Can you please confirm when you have removed the post by sending me a direct message? Thank you for your assistance.

My son is an orphan. Why is this word used to describe a post? (& I have no idea what it's supposed to mean....even googled it and couldn't make sense of the tech version of orphan). Isn't there a different term that could be used?

    Hi David,

My post has been deleted from the forum.

Is there any appropriate forum to post my post?

Thank you for your understanding in advance.

David, thank you so much for facilitating these forums. I have gotten some great feedback during this crazy-stressful time of relocating. I am a newbie and I think I committed a faux pas-- my thread title "Is Granite Falls as bad as they say?" seems to have really offended a local. I was trying to be a little inflammatory to illicit responses, and in hindsite it wasn't nice of me. Could you switch just the thread title to "Would you live in Granite Falls?" Thank you so much!
