    The door openers were included but I chose a belt drive opener. The wires were inside the walls so needed to be preinstalled. bill

    Do you recall if the garage door opener(s) were part of your base contract with Logan Homes? I failed to ask at my Selections Meeting. With two garage doors (3-car garage) I will eventually want two openers. If they are included in the contract, obviously no problem. If they are NOT, I ask if the switches to the openers were pre-wired at the Laundry Room door exit?
