I believe so, just ask at the ticket counter at the terminal. Probably get a dolly/cart. The best way to find out is to call the 800#, you'll probably get the Juneau terminal.
Since you're at the airport, the Fred Myer would be the closest store to get some groceries to carry. It's probably 2 miles away. Then the ferry teminal is north of the airport.

I bought a portable luggage cart that I can tie the kennel onto with bungee cords so that takes care of the major problem. I wish I were going to be in Juneau in the summer, it 'reads' like a great place. But, if all goes well, I'll be in Boston for the summer. Thanks for the offer though.

No hon, as far as the ferry goes, you're on your own. You get on, you ride, you get off. But they are nice, they will help if simply asked. The airport and ferry terminal are both north of town.
Wish you were in juneau longer, I could introduce you to some language specialist.

Hey! I'm going to be flying into Juneau the 28th and taking the ferry to Angoon on the 29th. I will have my dog and his large kennel plus a small carry on bag with me. I've been advised to buy groceries while I'm Juneau. My question is, how do people traveling alone handle/get all their stuff onto the ferry? I'm being met on the other end, I just don't know how I'm going to get my dog, his kennel, my carryon and groceries onto the ferry. Are there carts the ferry has that I can use? Thanks for any advice.
