Looking at your swamp dogs album it makes me realize that there is one thing I really miss about living in CA - taking the dogs to the beach or park where there would be all kinds of great dogs to watch and enjoy. I suppose that with having 28 acres here we have our own "private" dog park but it would be nice to have other dogs around from time to time. Especially some of the young pups.

No offensive meant by the Dash comment. Great for a boy - not cutie girly. (+ only 3 legs) I've had a Howdy, Peanut, Buster,Goldy and now a Parker (he's a barker) and a parrot named McGee (he was green so I gave him and Irish name). So I know how the name should fit.
Please believe I did not mean offense by my comment.
Thanks for sharing your story & the rep. I couldn't give you any. Sorry.

[quote=Dashdog;47160349]Never considered corgis to be lap dogs. They are not really even small dogs as most have the same body size as my medium dogs but they are on short legs so are short. You do know they are herding dogs that were bred to be short so a cows kick would go over them rather then make contact? Being herding dogs most I know are very active dogs.
