I saw one guy after 16 years in jail, come in Williston and got a job. Felony yes but depends on the Hiring Manager, the person wants to hire you.
You have to try any companies some companies give second chance to people have felony.

I am looking at making my way up to ND soon and have no issues myself but I do have a buddy that wants to give it a try to and he does have a felony. I know I could ask in the forum but I saw where you had found a job, and I was just wondering if you could tell me which companies are willing to at least talk to guys that have a felony or are on probation? I told him I would try to find out, thanks in advance!
