    Thank You FLSandy, because of threads like yours and others, my LL wasn't able to scam us out of last and security,,, I started paying rent into an escrow account 6 months ago, and my attorney says we will be here for a pretty good while yet, before the bank officially takes ownership. I just updated my thread if you are still interested in this subject.

    I've heard the phrase.....however, just don't think it is possible to "knock" sense into anyone. "Knocking" is usually the best way to create a "lack of sense" and exactly the actions you prefer not to happen.
