Yeah...the schools are an issue. Mo will go to Chapman for elementary, but come middle school I see a need for getting her transferred or back in to private.
I like my dead-end. I hope Hinge never opens up. We're going to try and buy some of the land behind our lots and the neighbor's if any portion is affordable - there's 6 acres owned privately, would be swell to keep as a greenspace buffer between new development...and if I can talk husband in to it, 'donate' as a landtrust easement to keep it wooded instead of paved.
