    Who is this guy?

    Garison The Bull, that's who. He's an obnoxious guy who others say talks too much and has a narcissistic disease rendering him unable to admit he is wrong. He is a dad of four kids. As the photo album clearly shows he is a drummer strangely he has rhythm. What he does not have is any kind of ability to socially interact with others without driving everyone to the brink of killing him. Garison is far from a handsome guy he is your typical beer bellied, double chinned, pock marked, salt and peppered, late thirties dork.

Arizona is attempting to privatize correctional facilities state wide aside from Yuma as it cant be sold being on federal land. This is a tremendous blunder for the state. What is insane about all of this is the difference in staff from companies like Correction Corporation of America and the correctional officers currently serving in the state of Arizona today. Private Corrections companies do little to train their staff in the areas of counseling and recidivism prevention the way the state does....
