There are still a handful of new homes being built. The two places with new subdivisions are down by the marina, and over by the Woodlands pool. There's also some building on vacant lots in more established areas. I can think of at least one of those I see under construction in Parkwood Estates on the way to Parkwood pool. If you use EmeraldCoastHomesOnline.com you narrow a search based on areas within a city, and they've got an option to search Bluewater area specifically. I can't recommend a specific realtor (we bought our home here FSBO) but both Carriage Hills and Century 21-Wilson Minger handle a lot of properties out here.
