Hi you seem to know a lot about ft. Myers. My neighbor here in ga wants to move down to fm. He is looking into the condos called St. tropez by the river, also near mlk blvd and PB blvd. condos look nice but how is the area around? His wife would not like if a bad area.....thanks! And the cd demographics for that zip say 50+% blacks, only ~25% white. Yikes.

Thanks for your caring note. Unfortunately my son passed away in Sept. Sure miss him! Now it's just me and the 3 cats I have left...I hope you and your daughter are having fun during the holidays.
