I have no idea what the bankers are thinking about. Every thing is just hanging all over the US. Last report that I saw on local news from Orlando. Seminole ~ Orange ~ Osceola Counties had 200,000 + homes either for sale or foreclosure.
This county Brevard had 100,000+...unemployment 11.4% Dec.. They say it may hit 17%-18% when the Space Center finish in July - August this year.
Scary...... Just wait and see.....

Very sad !!My house is 17 years old...and current resale is 3500 less than what it cost to build. I have 26 homes with in 6 block radius that have been on the market 2+ years or longer.. With the Space Center dumping 6-8 thousand people between 2008----and this year. Thinks don't look great... the trend is just walk away and leave abandoned...Which is hurting the people trying to sell...Especially if your sitting between two abandoned homes the banks are doing nothing.

I'm ready to go now! Just waiting for the contractor I work for at the Cape to hand us a pink slip & severance package..and then I can put the house on the market.
It's a wait and see if they put STS 133 back on the launch pad...And if and when they launch the one after that... "IF" ?
900 -1100 are going out the gate 1/07/11 as I understand.
Every one is kept in limbo..

LOL........ they say 80 by noon today here. I miss the snow....

I hope I can get out of here this year... Any snow yet?
