Thanks for your nice message. I would love for you to be our guide if we come to your country, but food? Don't even talk about it. I am an American, but my ethnicity is german, russian and irish. I gain weight just looking at food. lol
When I was your age, we used to say that thin girls like you should be shot at 16 so there would be more men for us fat girls to marry. LOL I love Chinese food. I would like to taste the real thing. Years ago, there were a lot of Chinese people who came to work on building the railroads and from their food came the american/chinese food we eat today. Almost every grocery store has a chinese take out and there are many restuarants. I eat a lot of vegetables and brown rice and I cook in a wok, but just to my taste. I would love to have some everyday food that people have at home. I especially like noodles. If you ever come to the US, I will be your guide, but also introduce you to Chinese Americans who can share their experiences with you.

I have looked at your albums and it makes me want to visit your country. My best friend and I will be celebrating 50 years of friendship in 2010. We decided we would take a trip and have a great time. I think China may be the place. We are both Americans, but of diverse culture. She is Japanese and Irish and I am Russian, German and Irish. She has already visited Japan and Ireland to experience her culture, I have not had the pleasure of going to any of those places that represent mine. However, since I was a child I have always been in love with asian art and culture. I don't know why, maybe it is from another life.
In regards to your pictures, these seem like "tourist" pictures. Why not post pictures of your own neighborhood (not your house, that could be dangerous) so people can see how every day chinese people live.
