Hi, I found you on the CD.com, I used to live in manhattan in the 70s and it was either good times for me or I was too young (22) to see any danger. I worked as a waiter in WTT North. Windows on the WOrld. Loved being a lunch waiter - made enough money to have a W 11th street apt and ate well at the restaurant after lunch was over. Studied acting and dance in NYC. I am glad I am able to live in Hawaii, like to reminisce over the years there in Manhattan. Tell me your thoughts on the big apple now. I used to take the train to Jones Beach and South Hampton. I had a folding bicycle and would ride from the train station in S Hampton to the beach... nice sand dunes, Gin Row area..... swim from 8AM and leave about 12 noon ....back to the LIRR. What happy mems do you have in NY?
