    Rather than get into with some of these guys on the site who seem to be ignoring your biggest issue, trust me on this one. Get the sleep thing under control before you start even considering any of these workout suggestions. I'm been a personal trainer for over 18 years. Most of the stuff these guys are suggesting are for people that have been working out for awhile and not dealing with what you're going through. You won't come close to achieving your fitness or nutrition goals if you're exhausted. You need to get the basics out of the way first. Just wanted to give you my two cents instead of get into a pissing contest on this forum which is full of a lot high testosterone individuals always trying to prove they're the king of the mountain.
