    Hi there,

    My brother recently moved from Richmond to NJ to take up a job in Franklin Lakes NJ. He has identified Warwick as one of the areas he would like to live. He is planning to buy a house once his house sells in VA. He's looking to spend $1500 for rent. Ideally he is looking for a townhome. He needs to rent it for 6 months and have some flexibility later. Any suggestions?
