During the "yuppie period" of the late 1980's investment banking began to take the "cream of the crop", meaning the top 10% of prestigious law schools and business schools alike. Most bullies' lives don't turn out well. It is easy to pick on people when they are young; the only consequence is possible discipline. In life though these people don't retain jobs. People just don't want to work with them.
