Trying to sell in this market can be a tough task but enlisting the help of a real estate agency that doesn't have the answers to today’s market can make a tough task impossible. The heat of the past markets has totally subsided and no longer can agents and sellers put a sign in the yard and start demanding offers. The pendulum has swung and now selling a home requires a creative plan that incorporates the 3 main ingredients for a successful sale.

First of the 3 main parts is......

Despite the slide in the real estate market over the last year, the spring and coming summer marketplace has provided some much anticipated optimism from buyers. With this optimism, real estate agents will tell you that activity is building with showings, prequals, buyers consultations and even....yes....Listing Consultations. Although the main word in still is "ACTIVITY" there is certainly an air of recovery on certain levels about the Lehigh Valley Housing Market.
