Governement has tentativley reached an agreement that is going to extend the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit and expand to include Homeowners who are going to sell their home. Details of this agreement have not as of yet been released in full but it is believed that the $8000 tax credit to first time homebuyers will be extended to the end of June and now sellers will be entitled to a tax credit of $6500 for selling their home and buying another home.

Lehigh Valley Housing Market
Despite the slide in the real estate market over the last year, the spring and coming summer marketplace has provided some much anticipated optimism from buyers. With this optimism, real estate agents will tell you that activity is building with showings, prequals, buyers consultations and even....yes....Listing Consultations. There is no doubt that the market has many sellers/homeowners rethinking the presentation of their home. Adding the extra POP to a home definitly can seperate your home from all other competing homes in the marketplace...and having a buyer leave a series of showings with your home on the mind is definitly a huge PLUS.
So how does one go about setting a house off without investing much money or rebuying furniture for a whole house???? Well most of the homes that POP have a great color...
