    Sorry it took me so long to get this message, I hope you have gotten an answer by now, since that was almost 7 days ago..?
    Are you in your 2nd benefit year or 1st?
    I'm assuming 2nd.
    As of today the 22nd, I don't know of anyone that has recieved their tier 4, but that may change after tomorrow. Tier 4 would replace your EB anyway, so if you were qualified it would kick in after tier 4 was up.

    Hey KC~Carolina,you might know this, My profile shows benefits exhausted but I am still able to certify,I did get a letter last friday saying I was eligible for EB which equals about 4 weeks do you think this is my tier 4 notice? it dosnt say tier 4 in the letter but like I said Iam still able to certify but Iam not getting Any money from those certifications. Thanks.
