Decoto isn't that bad. It could be worse. It COULD be Hayward =P (might as well be, haha!) So instead of being "just Mexican" you have to be another flavor of "James Logan minority" by being White. You should have some affirmative action work in your favor! And seriously, you sound like a better fit for LA than I do.

I thought Coyote Hills was part of Fremont? After a while, all those city lines start blurring and everything begins to look the same. The reason I know UC so well is because I have a bunch of relatives around there. I always seem to forget where UC needs, and Fremont begins, and when Fremont turns into Newark, and back to Fremont down the street. Gah!

I'm sure I've probably ran into you in some weird strange way =P If so, small world. Play some E-40, while drinkin' a 40, and goin' hella dumb! (I never really picked up saying hella, lol). Oh, don't wear red. Only advice. Yeah

Sounds like you have been well educated about Union City lol. I have family in Decoto but I actually don't live anywhere near there....thank god haha. I am waaaaay on the other side of the city by Coyote Hills....just about 5min from the Dumbarton Bridge. I'm actually only half Mexican, my mom is as white as you can get = P I don't think she would enjoy living in Decoto much. You are either Asian, white, or Indian on the West side of Union City lol.

I will be sure to ghostride my whip in Oakland for you, with my stunna shades on going dumb =)

Wow..you're one of those fabled "non-Asian people at James Logan" I've heard of your kind, but never knew that I'd actually get to talk to a living, breathing, one! Not to stereotype, but I'm guessing you live near Decoto past the train tracks in UC? =P (don't be insulted, its just that's where a bulk of the Mexican population lives)

It sounds like you and I should've traded places. 55% of my high school was Mexican, with another 20% being Central American (El Salvadorian and Guatemalan). Most of my best friends are Mexican, and know that culture WAY more than I know 'Filipino culture' In other words, I had the typical LA experience!

Well, now that I'm not in the Bay, ghostride in Oakland for me. Especially along International Blvd. At NIGHT! =)

I was actually one the few who wasn't Filipino at Logan =) I'm Mexican. I know it's a shocker considering Logan is like 50% Asian lol. I think I know more about the Filipino culture than I do my own after living in UC lol.

Were you like one of 1292328328348843 Filipinos who went there, or were you (un)fortunate enough to be one of the few who weren't? :P

I have a weird, almost stalkerish question, but did you go to James Logan High? I had a lot of friends at Berkeley who went there! In fact, one of my cousins went there! (graduated 2002 though)

It's cool to see someone reppin' the 510 who ISN'T from Oakland or Richmond. Kudos to you!
