    Hi lhafer...Good evening and thanks in advance for your time..I am in the process of closing soon on a Meritage home and saw a few posts from you regarding their lender. Meritage is offering to pay me 3% of the closing costs if i were to use MTH Lending....I do see that you caution in using them. I was wondering if you could give me some light into it so that I can decide between them or say a bank like Chase/Wells Fargo for my home loan. Once again, thanks a lot !!!
