I decided to send you a message because my husband and I are visiting from NY this upcoming weekend and I just don't have time to search through all of your posting to find your advice!
I know you'll have some insight for me! In a nutshell, we have 2 young children and are hoping to buy a 4br/3ba home in a family community with great schools. Looking to spend $350k. So far, I have Cureton, Hunter Oaks, Lawson, Chimneys at Marvin Creek, and The Reserve. Am I missing anything? Ideally, what county to we want to be in- taxes? Schools? My husband works from home, so commute is not an issue.
