Ok well it's been 4 days since my quit date. I would kill for a smoke, but I can't have one. I have Xrays being taken on November 12th and the doctor will be doing a blood test so I'm not even given the option of slipping up. This is an all or nothing quit. If on Nov 12th my blood test doesn't come back clean the doctor won't see me again and if the bone in my knee isn't knit together by then, then I'll be in trouble. The Chantix is cutting back the cravings but has not eliminated them. It...

Well my journey to become a non-smoker has started. Let me start off by saying I was forced into this decision by a surgeon who refuses to treat smokers. Since my problem is not life threatening I guess it's his decision so I'll live with it.
