Oh wow, is it because of your job? Years ago when I was still young and vigorous, I used to work the graveyard shift, 10 pm - 6 am. It was good for awhile but then, it got to a point that all I did was sleeping the rest of the day. The drought this season is also keeping me up late in the evening when it's cool and sleep late in the day. My body is really messed up because of this. I'm trying to readjust my body clock. The rain got me up early today .
