Here is a table that shows where three/twos can be found and what they cost. This table shows how many there are for sale and what the median and average prices are.
Note that you have to extrapolate a bit from this data. But note that if there are few available and the median is $150K you are unlikely to find many, if any below $120K.

Lots of discussion about the inventory of bank owned property in Las Vegas. Here is the view of what they are acquiring by foreclosure. This is the daily total of single family residences moved to bank ownership each day. It is abstracted from the County properties data base. It is generally a week or two behind the present date.

Here is a quick look at rentals in Summerlin. The chart covers both the period from May 1 to August 20, 2009 and the earlier rentals between January 1 and April 30.
Condos are only from the recent period.

Well there are a whole lot of folks who believe that a large new wave of foreclosures is bearing down on Las Vegas.
Well not sure we believe it...but there are certainly enough people who do that it needs to be worried about.
So a new chart that should show pretty quickly if the foreclosure scene begins to get worse.
Here is the chart...and all you have to do is watch the size of the bars...if they start to grow a lot...worry...If they shrink...don't...
