Hi, and thanks for your response! I tried to rep you again, but I couldn't. Now that I'm a bit older and drink for the taste, this is the first time that my whiskey has lasted beyond a few months. It's funny how I never thought of the simple things like temperature and keeping it upright

I totally agree. I do not consider that I "own" my land, I'm just a steward for a while, so I'm very conscious of trying to preserve all that is good about it.

We where taught as kids from the minute we could sit in a saddle and help with the family business that the land comes first for we earn our life from the working of the land and we protect it and never let it be damage in away that it can not come back to life in the the next cycle of life ..
