remember phantom, a public plan does not mean you or your employer cant give you a better one than you have now, it simply sets a floor and does all your heavy lifting.

Incorrect. Read Section 107 of Medicare-for-All. The Democrats plan does not allow any plans other than the government one. The only plans allowed would be for things the public plan does not cover such as cosmetic work.
