Actually I work for SAWS. I work in one of our Divisions that issues permits and oversees water well construction and pluggings. Our jurisdiction(City Code) is within the City Limits of San Antonio and / or within our Service Area.
I also take care of customer complaints /concerns dealing with Water Quality. I just returned from one near 410 and Rigsby.
pagibig- is a Bexar Met Customer. I wish she was one of ours so I could visit with her and attempt to help. Although hers is not a Water Quality issue we still get calls like hers. Usually there is not much we can do so it would be left up to her to contact a Plumber. Hopefully you can help her. Good work travels fast as you know.
