Bowflex
I decided to invest in a Bowflex to see if I could tone my upper body back up to the way I used to look, or even more. I'd gotten somewhat pudgy over the years what with rampant fast food eating. I also wanted to further develop my arms, something I had never done.
I haven't been religious with my workout regimen. I didn't push myself as hard as I could have, but I was happy with the results so far. I've had the machine for 6 months, working out for about an hour a day, 5 days a week.
