I guess one concern I have is are you in no mans land there, is it too far from things such as target, whole foods, shopping, restaurants, downtown mall area, costco, etc. If I want to go to Delray for an evening out is it too far? Do families actually use the neighborhood amenities, pool, water park, etc. For resale purposes are you better off putting in a pool or not?
