    Hey,
How are you. I got quotes from Texas Cons Plus & Affordable Shade....Sky rocket price difference between them.
Also when i was reading through your forum, you suggested to split the jobs if possible. Since i am working on construction field, one of my friend told me that he can do Concrete for $3 / sq.ft. I am planning to put 700 Sq.ft total area, (100 Sq.ft already exist). I called city of Pearland , they told me that i need to submit a drawing (no need to be approved by PE).
I am trying to find out, Do you have any sample drawing of Patio concrete details with you?

Please let me know. I am searching on google also.

    thanks for your time.

    thanks behtypa...
I should have got my covered patio done by the builder on 2009. Trying to think like a smart a... Patio was $6,250. I dont think I will be getting anywhere closer to that price.
I called Texas Construction after the message, they came and visited the site. Will wait for the quotation.
Your thread was the best thread after some threads in AVS forum ( related to Home theater Room construction). I am working on material list, necessary items.
    Thanks for your time.....

Sathya, here is 2 contractors that I would recommend:

Texas Construction | Construction and Remodeling Services | Katy, TX
    Leonardo, Texas Construction Plus
He did my patio, fence, tiles, walls, attic insulation.
The patio estimate was around 14K last year.

    My second choice would be:
Houston Patio Covers Main Page, Patios, Wood Patio Cover, Shade Arbors, Insulated Patio Covers, Gazebos, Carports, Remodeling

I did not have any business with Eagle. But I know at least 4 houses that had patios done with Eagle Patio and satisfied with their work. An estimate I had with them was around 16K, pretty much apples to apples compared to others.

Try both of them, and ask everything (make a list of technical questions) you want to know.

The prices might have changed since the last year.
