know you are looking at Pitt now
an interesting fact is that the Baltimore MSA has the same pay ranges as the Washington DC MSA so lower COL plus the same wages as the DC area

Saw your posts about your wilkes barre message. the ideas are fantastic that everyone had, particularly the terminal market. add that with regional rail... scranton-wb-hazleton-harrisburgh, and NEPA will have a little bit of life again... it will be done without me, however. I'm moving to Chicagoland in about a month to Month and a half... So Thank you for the assistance you've provided in help me move to w-b two years ago and providing insight on the different places in NEPA.

Hey ScranBarre, I have reported on three posts where Alicia's comments on you are completely uncalled for. Unforunately, she is like some folk here in NoVA; they'll befriend you on Mon and will completely switch sides on you by Friday.

It is like these NoVAns are completely scared that half of NoVA will migrate to either Pittsburgh or Louisville and leave them with useless real estate because we call out a couple of NoVA's shortcomings and are leaving for areas that offer more that we want. Frankly i dont think either one of us want a whole mess of them in Steel City or Derby City.

    Peace

As I reflect upon last year, tears often begin to well up in my eyes as I recall just how tumultuous and painful 2008 was. The year was marked by loss---we buried my childhood dog, our long-time church pastor, and my grandmother, who finally succumbed after a long and painful battle with cancer. I called off my long-term relationship with my partner, Cody, after being together for about fourteen months, simply because I had fallen out of love with him. I was rejected by all of my on-campus interviewers,...

It's been quite some time indeed since I've last graced you all with the long-windedness of my blogs so there's no better time than the present to make up for lost time! LOL!

Where to begin? I'm still waiting to hear if I'm going to be offered a second interview with two other firms I recently interviewed with, and this evening I opened my e-mail to find a delightful little tidbit---I was fortunate enough to land an interview for an entry-level accounting position with a firm...

I was as shocked as everyone else in NEPA the other day to hear that a grisly triple-homicide had occurred in Scranton, the "Mayberry" city's first multiple-murder in roughly a decade. At first I, like most others in my quiet suburb, just thought "Well, that's South Side for you. Lowlives gunning down other lowlives over NYC drug money." Then I learned more about the victims, and my jaw dropped when I put two and two together and realized that one of these so-called "lowlives"...

Good afternoon, my fellow forum friends! I suppose I should start off by apologizing for being so distant socially on here over the past 7-10 days, especially since immediately after I posted my last blog in which I was going through a rather deep depression. I've had several wonderful people (you know who you are) inquiring almost daily about my whereabouts and my condition, and I truly do appreciate the concern on my behalf.

I suppose the biggest struggle in my life right now...

After poring over every reply in a very active thread on this forum regarding as to whether or not one's sexual orientation truly is a "choice," I once again find myself depressed, miserable, and feeling less spiritual than ever. I haven't been to church in weeks as I feel like a hypocrite singing hymns and shaking hands with fellow Christians while internally I know that I'm defying the will of God by being in a clandestine long-term relationship with a member of the same gender.
