I bet all those bright bikinis, along with the music and the shots of the water, WOULD be appealing to a parrot. Glad Murray enjoyed the video! And thanks for the rep!

I spent a little bit in Hernando and Senatobia.

I'm looking to move in April-May, towns also being considered are Pontotoc, Tupelo and Guntown.

The best way to celebrate ANYTHING, I think, is with Lawrence Welk! And that one had ALL the elements. Who SAYS Welk wasn't with-it? Did you notice that Seventies Coif on the unidentified young man? Perfection, I tell you!

Thanks for the congrats. Babz has been here for a while, now.

I was a little too hard on the new owners of Grey Gardens. They DID restore the gardens to pre-Beale perfection. They DID preserve as many Beale belongings as they could (even the books, which wins them MY respect). It just kills me that the balustrade looks as mingy as the one on the cottage Paris Hilton's mother rented out that way, one summer. That little thing was a travesty, & didn't need to be shown on Hamptons.com. Either there were no good available rentals, or the Hiltons don't have much money. Anyway, we've been aimlessly shopping on Long Island (Southampton & Old Westbury), & design standards are LOW. Most of the properties are so depressing, you want to just run away. This, at stratospheric prices leaving NO room for sending in your own people, to do them up right. If I see one more glaring white ceiling, I'm going to start talking in tongues. What is it with New Yorkers & their Flourescent White ceilings?

Our sons have watched Sandy Passage, and are now calling to each other, from floor to floor, in the house, "Vivyyyyy.....". It doesn't tax their talent for mimicry, very much, since they're actually imitating Fred Armisen imitating Jessica Lange imitating Edith Bouvier Beale. They also do passably realistic imitations of peacocks and Kookaburras. In Maidson, we were getting complaints about the "exotic birds" being harbored "up behind that big Mafia wall they got around their house".

Wait a minute.... Ham & Ambrosia, as in Ambrosia with HAM in it? My mind cannot process this.

Wonderful news! Makes me so proud, to live in the Birthplace of Tater Tots. However, just as French Fries are forlorn little things, until they become the primary component of Poutine (https://www.google.com/search?q=pout...ih=871&dpr=1.2), Tater Tots are nowhere near their full potential, until they're the star ingredient in TATER TOT HOT DISH. The birthplace of that gustatory triumph, I suspect, is your ancestral state: Minnesota!
