    In another thread, I was talking about a Suicidal Tendencies mix tape my husband made for me back in high school. Several of my statuses through the years have been phrases from songs that stick in my head for one reason or another. How funny that you like them too.

    Ha! My curiosity was piqued so I searched, and I did! I was thinking you meant hamburger sliders, but we haven't eaten red meat in a few years. I was going to make these seitan sliders, but I didn't until much more recently. Can't remember why. I liked them a lot, and my husband did too but the gluten just tears up his guts. Give them a try. I used Trader Joe's bbq sauce, which has a nice mustardy undertone.

    I did? Hmm. I don't recall if that was before or after our giving up meat, but regardless they must have been store-bought. I was born without the gene for making burgers that hold together.

    Hi there. You said you like Boca burgers--have you seen the roasted veg and quinoa variety? I grilled these up yesterday and used toasted naan instead of buns, with tzatziki, roasted red peppers, and spinach.
