Hi Ship Last week I saw Bernardsville Rd as I came down toward Asheville and this coming Tuesday I'll get on the Blue Ridge off 441 in the Park and head North. Any color visible. I promised a couple of people I'd post a few pics of color so I hope at lest some up at 4-6000 feet are making a show. Richard

Hi Ship0 I'm going to be in Gatlinburg next week possibly make a trip to Asheville to visit friends. Then to Leeds, Alabama and Oxford, Mississippi and then reverse course back to GSMNP and start up the Blue Ridge Parkway on the way north to NYC. How do the leaves look now? Richelles

Hey, I would be interested in hearing your lengthy and valuable feedback on Burlington, VT and Boulder, CO and how they compare and contrast, your experiences, etc!

Lastly, if you could throw Asheville, NC into the mix that would be great!

    Thanks boardie!

It's good to see another person from NC wanting to go to the great north. I grew up in Eagle River AK and have been wanting to go back for 25 years. I hope you get to go up north you will love it. But you will never get it out of your blood once you make it there. I miss it everyday and Raleigh, NC is not where I want to be.

Are you in Portland, Maine right now? If so, I would absolutely love it if we could meet up. I am only here until Tuesday. Thanks!

I am interested in moving to Portland, ME and would be interested in hearing your experience, particularly how it is similar and different (if applicable) to Portland, OR, as well as Burlington, VT? Thank you.

Also, throw Asheville, NC into the mix!
