    McCain/Palin will keep us safe

I respect your right to give your opinions, however, you did cross a moral line here. To say that Joe Biden was "weak" by showing human emotions about his wife and child dying in a car accident was crossing that boundary from being human to inhumane.

Biden even was crying at one point. Now how can anyone cry during a debate. Shows me he is weak.

Do you realize how many people on just this forum, alone, have lost loved ones -- husbands, wives, children, mothers, fathers, friends, and the list goes on and on. That was a cruel attack on an authentically human and justified emotion. I don't know if you were born in 1998 and that is why it is on your name, however, no matter what your political leanings, to say something like that to bolster your political view, regardless of what side you are on, is immoral and unethical, not to mention, just plain mean.

If you are honest with yourself, you know in your heart she was impressive. She was spot on with not a single mistake.

The mistake she made was a big one -- not even having the human courtesy to say, "I'm sorry..." It was chilling to watch. Maybe this is a reflection of your own feelings towards others: Chilling.

Do you really believe that this behavior is absolutely appropriate and acceptable in society, whether or not you agree with a person? I happen to know several people on this board who have had massive tragedies in their lives, and what you said about being "weak" was horribly mean and totally uncalled for.

If you have not yet had to experience such tragedies, if you ever do, you will, hopefully, discover the depth of feeling, horror, and vivid memories that never leave once that happens.

I hope that you will apologize -- it doesn't matter if it's a forum. The reality is, your identity can be discovered and uncovered. Just to show that you have some sense of humanity in you, I hope that you will apologize. It's the least you can do.

You're welcome to report me, but I just had to let you know that you were way out of line on a public forum. And that is why I have made this a public statement -- I am not ashamed of having empathy and consideration for others.

    Thank you.

P.S. You are welcome to read any of my former posts and you will see that I am respectful and courteous and take into consideration people's life experiences, because I, too, know how painful life can be. It is called "empathy." I just found starting a thread with such cold, calculated words was so unfeeling that I had to respond. It obviously hit a nerve, and reminds me of the kinds of people in the world. Hopefully, you will never experience such a tragedy, because if you do, you will see that the word you used, "weak," really translates to "loving those whom you have lost and wishing I still had them in my life because the intense pain of loss never goes away."

May God bless and keep those who have passed on, and help the suffering and pain of those who remain behind.
