hey- that acv is good stuff- I've been doing accupressure on sinus points and snorting the ole salt water-can't seem to shake this creeping crud crap. OH put a few drops of warm salt water in you ears, lean to semi drain then a cotton ball, really helped unblock mine last week...
hope you are going to make is safe west- dramamine before aorplane will help too makes ya drowsy and nothing will really bother you- oh and one of those vicks inhaler thingys to befoer takeoff really opens me nose to fly. LOL
