Southern Trails Subdivision

Southern Trails is a subdivision located on the west side of Pearland, Texas. It's main entrance is on Hwy 518/Broadway, approx. 1 mile west of Hwy 288. The main section of Southern Trails is being developed by Ashton Woods. The Enclave at Southern Trails is being developed by Newmark. In total, there will be approx. 1400 home sites at Southern Trails and the Enclave at Southern Trails.
