I live in Chicago too but lol Houston and Chicago are my parents's home. Not mine.

Very possible, downtown Houston has been expanding a lot, and there are some areas that are downtown but not counted as.
Then again just recently then topped out a few buildings in downtown as well, which could have added more recently in the past few months.

I saw 43 million on another source, that's where I got that number from.

Yeah lol, I know. Uptown isn't CBD Houston. But's it's got a large office space, comparable to Denver and Pittsburgh. Haha.
