Greensburg is a bedroom community for half the residents making over 50k who work in Indy and Cincy.

I know the area well and know you were kidding when recommending it. Schools and amenities are marginal but crime and unemployment are low.

I haven't heard of any problems in the fountain square area as far as crime but it can happen any where do I suggest having an alarm on your house and maybe a camera up front and back.these items can be inexpensive and it's just a good idea considering the times we live in but the area is revitalized and I hear there's more to come to the area. I think it's a good idea to move there.

Hey can you tell me about Fountain Square? I don't know much about housing in the area and my wife and I have seen some decent-looking houses in our price range there. My main concern is safety. Is common sense enough (security system, off-street parking, etc) to keep us safe? Also, do you think FS is a good investment? I would have loved to buy on Penn or Delaware 10 years ago...those houses are worth $300-$400k right now.

Also, what do you know about Little Flower?

Thanks! I'm just trying to get some ideas about areas I don't know a lot about.

Yes, but the Tigers just lost Polanco to the Phillies. The Tigers are now a weaker team.

It took over an hour to dig out our car because the snow kept piling up. I walked out to US 40 and it was HORRIBLE I only saw 2 cars just barely creeping along. I walked out to the middle of the highway and looked west and could barely see 100 feet infront of me.
