I noticed a post from you on the homestead issue and was wondering if you know anything about the additional exemption we receive after turning 65? I need to know how much of a difference it will make in our taxes. My husband is looking into moving us to Arkansas, because we will not be able to afford the high property/school taxes in Texas on our retirement income.
