Thanks Weather. I have been told this by a couple of friends as well. I have always been a night owl, and I am afraid my young son is going to be like me. sigh...or it could be his room is just too messy to be comfy in LOL

...remembering to be thankful.

It has been raining for 3 days. My kids finally went back to school on Monday and on Tuesday the were out for our first official 'bad weather day'. Yes, TS Fay was heading our way and they couldn't wait to send those little kids home to us. I think all moms were just a little upset. This was my duty. My kids watched for a week as I made phone call, bought sodas, and prepared hard for what was to be my first event.

I think the evening was quite a success. Steady, hard work...but lots of parents and children streaming through. My kids and husband were there....

Boys are different. They do things and see things that girls don't. They collect rocks and... garbage. All of my boys have collected rocks. Rocks are cool. It doesn't matter what kind of rock or where it came from. Heck, it doesn't even have to be a rock; just have a rock 'shape'. I got this one in that parking lot."...
