I am currently researching apartments downtown, and I was recommended to check out Pembroke Square apartments, but I can’t find information on them. Is this complex different from Peabody Place? Or, are they the same complex?
Thanks!

I think this is the same apt building. It's on Front (the circle drive) but it backs up to Main (Peabody Place) where I think most residents enter from.

This link seems to show that Pembroke, Peabody, and Gayoso are all one place.

Default The real difference

I live in Pembroke. Gayoso House is a connected building with the same management. Gayoso has more traditional apartment layouts, Pembroke has a more contemporary, loft-style floor plans. The bedroom area has about a 5 ft wall separating the living area, with a normal kitchen, bathroom, utility closet. They're all very nice apartments, facilities, security and management. I would definitely recommend either!

The rent there used to be reasonable, but like all the other places they have gone up quite a bit in the last couple years. $850 will get you in, at least thats what they told me
