That is a very new retirement place. Does anyone know what the rent is? Is it extremely expensive? I couldn't find prices listed on their website.

Looking at their site, this is affiliated with Methodist healthcare. I would imagine it's more of a retirement home, not so much just a regular apt complex that only allows older adults. You know? Thus would be more pricey. Plus, it's Germantown, our wealthiest suburbs.
