Anyone have recommendations for apartments in downtown for midtown for under $1000?

We are living at Riverset currently, but have had an ongoing mold issue and are looking to move now.

Check out Midtown Properties (www.midtown-properties.com...maybe?). I love them...and our GIGANTIC apartment with appliances is only $750 and in a great location.

how much are utilities? I am looking for a 2 bedroom by myself in midtown, but am afraid utilities may be really high

Re: Utilities

I'm of the opinion that MLGW (the utility company here) just puts numbers in a hat and picks them out, and that's our bill. It is totally inconsistent.

But, the nice thing is utilities here are really cheap. We have a GIANT, totally uninsullated apartment, with high ceilings, and a dishwasher/washer/dryer and our bill for all the utilities has never been more than like 105 total. This month it's 60. Not 60 each...60 total.

So utilities aren't bad. We run all our appliances a lot, although we haven't had to turn on the air yet.

And it's midtown apartments I think. Same address, just put in apartments instead of properties, or google it.
